SophosLabs: The Movie!

Filed Under: Data loss, Malware, SophosLabs, Spam, Video

Put your answering machine on, grab your popcorn, and stop rustling your sweet wrappers at the back, because it's time for the world premiere of a brand new movie - starring the folks from SophosLabs!

We've got some of the computer experts from SophosLabs to answer some of the more common questions they get asked about the work they do. So, if you've ever wanted to know if we're the ones who really write the viruses, or what SophosLabs actually look like, this is the video to watch.

And it was quite fun to make - with analysts chucked in front of large green screens to animate backgrounds, and a steadicam following senior security consultant Carole Theriault as she makes her way from outside Sophos into the very heart of our labs.

The YouTube video is split into seven easily-digestable parts, but to make things easier I've embedded it into a playlist below. Don't worry - to watch the whole thing will take you less than 15 minutes.

Oh, and if you're interested in seeing me ahem.. "drop the F-Bomb" on camera, make sure you watch all of the episodes closely.
