Hacking 2010: Understanding the New Wave of Cyberattacks

For those of you who have time to attend the latest Dark Reading/Information Week virtual conference, I highly recommend it. It starts at 14:00 UTC, 10:00 Eastern Daylight time and will feature many of the brightest security professionals talking about what has changed in 2010 and what we can expect moving forward.

If you would like to join me, Neil Daswani, and Thomas Maufer to participate in our panel "The Devil's In The Browser: A Look At The Latest Web-Based Security Threats" you can sign up at the TechWeb website.

I will be presenting a short talk titled "Are you a safe surfer?" in which I will discuss some of the myths of safe web surfing and how you can better secure yourself and your enterprise. I hope you can attend the entire day, but if not, at least carve out some time to learn more about web threats with me and my colleagues.
