W32/Bagle-CF detection was released by Sophos nearly 21 months ago and yet we are still seeing samples of this malware on our spamtraps!
As someone who has worked within the industry for over 10 years now I am still amazed at the longevity of malware. Why are old worms still doing the rounds?
- Is it just that home users are still not properly protected?
- Or small businesses not having the IT structure to deal with security?
- Or should ISPs take the blame?
