Speaking about computer security, I recently had a hardware failure (memory stick) on my G5 Mac, and since repairing it, have been unable to update my Sophos anit-virus software, including virus definitions. The message I get is “Could not contact primary server”. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application to no avail, including “zapping the PRAM”. 8(
